The card shows the fairytale fountain in Friedrichshain, stamped on the back in 1928 (with F.v.Schiller stamps, 2 x 5 Pfennig). On the right card (Leipzig, around 1900) a sea turtle is floating on the ceiling. There is another postcard from the same pharmacy (Germanic Museum in Nuremberg), from a different perspective and in landscape format, with a stamped stamp (Bavaria, 5 Pfennig) from August 6, 1903. Turtles and crocodiles were once used by pharmacists to make medicine (see also Albertus Seba). To advertise their expensive products, these impressive animals were then hung in the shop, often from the ceiling.
